摘要：
To reap the full benefits of e-commerce, high quality-of-service (QoS) standards must be assured. This article reviews QoS issues for the various types of e-commerce, such as business-to-business and business-to-consumer, in respect of legal and contractual matters, information transfer, financial transactions and, of course, the timely delivery of goods of acceptable quality.
