摘要
We know the industry plays a very important role in the industry of the whole society from the industrial germination period to the period of highly developed industry. We human beings have been exploring how to improve the production efficiency of industry and improve industrial production modes. Based on the latest industrial theory, this paper compares the concept of lean production and Industria14.0 from the basic principles, the scope of application to production positioning. Then introduce how to improve production efficiency under Industry 4.0backgrounds.
