Women's involvement during the war in Indochina

From 1945 till 1954, the war in Indchina went on almost unnoticed. However, there were women who chose to take a clear stand. Some of them opposed the policy of French governments by all means, including acts of sabotage, while others tried to alleviate the plight of the soldiers. Still others volunteered to join the French Expeditionary Forces, thus later on joining in the fraternity in arms among veterans of the French task force in South East Asia.
