摘要
This paper focuses on the energy consumption braking process of multi-car elevator in the event of power fails interrupt, in which the elevator is driven by Halbach consequent-pole permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (HCP-PMSLM). Firstly, the structure of the multi-car elevator system is introduced. Secondly, the braking force produced in the process of energy consumption braking is analyzed by analytical method and the expression of minimum braking distance for safe braking of elevator is derived. Then, using the finite-element method, the relationship between braking force and car falling speed during energy consumption braking of elevator is analyzed, and the influence of external series resistance and motor air gap length on braking force is studied. Finally, the comparison among finite-element result, analytical result and experimental results verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
