摘要
The high permeability of wind power intensifies the volatility and uncertainty of power systems, and puts forward higher requirements for the flexibility of the power system. This paper quantifies the dispatching flexibility of the power system from the perspective of supply-demand balance and depicts the dispatching flexibility requirements of wind power and load by using the scenario analysis method. To improve the dispatching flexibility of the power system, the demand response is considered to adjust the capacity allocation up to and down. A two-stage flexible economic dispatching model of power systems considering wind power uncertainty and demand response is further established. Then the whole scheduling model is solved by using the idea of interactive iteration. The simulation results of the improved IEEE 30 bus power system show that the total operating cost of the proposed model is reduced by 16.7% compared with the fixed proportion method. It is helpful to deal with the redundant allocation of adjustable capacity in the fixed proportion method. The results also verify the optimal effect of demand response in power system flexible economic dispatching.
