摘要
Introducing the echo enhance high harmonic generation (EEHG) working mode in traveling wave tube (TWT), a new type of high power tunable terahertz source device (EEHG TWT) was designed. This device can output terahertz power with millimeter wave input signal Simulation shows 10th high harmonic wave was obtained. The output power is about 5mW.
