ZPD Incidence Development Strategy for Demand of ICTs in Regional Higher Business Education Institutes

摘要
State education business institutes are believed as catalyst for the economic progress(especial for commerce) of any country. Those regional higher business education institutes(RHBEIs) should improving their quality of teaching and learning. In this paper, we study analyses ICT (Information and communication technology) - based teaching and learning issues at regional higher business education (RHBE) level and efforts to devise a strategy as solution to those issues as a result. Using normative Delphi method, we discussed ICT-based issues and their proposed solutions but also stratified a ZPD incidence development strategy which chalks out measures RHBE authorities should take in order to properly integrate ICTs in their RHBEIs. It was determined that ICT integration in RHBE need to be in lined with proper strategy in order to get their true benefits. Thie conclusion can be used to improving teaching quality of regional higher business education institutes(RHBEIs).
