摘要
In order to effectively control the risk of software project and overcome the effect of lack data and human subjective factors in the traditional evaluation, the transformation of quantification and reduction of natural language is realized, so a new evaluation model is put forward. Based on the concepts of risk weight, expert trust, risk consequence and so on, we use the correlation coefficient to associate the historical data, so that the assessor can measure the impact of the risk factors from the macroscopic and microscopic angles.By case study, the model is objective and scientific, and it has good practicability and provides a reliable basis for risk prediction, mitigation and control.
