摘要
Ni doped ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by a simple chemical method. The synthesis method is based on the hydrolysis followed by heat treatment at 70 degrees C. We herein report a better-defined and simple procedure for synthesis of Ni doped ZnO nanoparticles in a simple chemical process. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd.
