摘要：

In the framework of the INTERREG Project SAFER (Strategies and Actions for Flood Emergency Risk Management), five partners from Germany, Ireland, Scotland and Switzerland worked closely together to develop new strategies for flood prevention and land use management. Main subject of the project work was the development of flood hazard maps. The transnational knowledge exchange significantly influenced the results in the federal state of Baden-Wurttemberg.
