Electron fluxes with energies above 0.5 MeV were detected under the Earth's radiation belts in 1994 on board the KORONAS-I satellite. Characteristic regions of enhanced electron fluxes were quasi-regularly observed during March-May 1994 at an altitude of 500 km near the L shells 2.2, 1.6, and 1.3. We analyze the spatial and temporal distributions of these particles. Based on the data obtained, we estimate the rate of change in electron pitch angles at various L shells due to particle scattering.
