摘要
We study the salt effect on three clones of white poplar (MA-104, MA-195 and O. Gherib). Leaf micromorphological parameters were measured. This study has shown a high degree of variation of these characters mainly related to geographical origin. It was observed that the clone MA-104 has developed the highest density of trichomes and stomata. It showed a plasticity of it's stomata as evidenced by a reduction in their length and the opening of the mudboils. The clone MA-195 showed a smaller increase in the number of stomata compared to MA-104, but the opening of its mudboils is greatly reduced. The clone O. Gherib developed the lower stomatal density and the absence of reduction of the opening of mudboils related to low tolerance to salinity.
