摘要
Networks are way people organize themselves to reach an objective. It allows the interaction of people with distinct backgrounds, especially when the problems they deal with are complex and multidisciplinary. Characteristics of the organization in networks are observed in face to face activities, but not at distance. This paper proposes and analyzes a collaborative environment to support knowledge sharing and coordination of actions in geographically distributed organizations in networks.
