摘要
Virtual Synchronous Generator (VSG) is one of the most effective strategies to address the inertial lack of inverter-based generators (IBGs). However, the transient power angle stability (TAS) of VSG during grid faults needs to be further explored, and the influence of control parameters on the TAS of VSG is still controversial. In this paper, the influence of virtual inertia J and damping coefficient D on the TAS of VSG under different types of faults are investigated. Then a mode switching method based on the change of power angle is proposed to enhance the TAS of VSG. Finally, the control-hardware-in-loop experimental validation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
