Risk Assessment of Dangerous Chemical Tanker Car Accident Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要
In order to objectively and accurately understand hazard of dangerous chemical tanker car, this article assesses the risk of dangerous chemical tanker car accident. Firstly, based on the dangerous chemical tanker car accidents, the three aspects of the dangerous chemical tanker car accident risk were gained, namely "human factor, vehicle factor, environment factor". Secondly, the model was designed to assess the dangerous chemical tanker car accident risk by means of expert investigation and using the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive assessment. The assessment model target layer is dangerous chemical tanker car accident risk. The criterion layers, which are 3 parts, are the human factor, vehicle factor, environment factor. The 12 index layers are associated with the secondary indicators. They are driver business ability, driver physical condition, driver safety awareness, drivers emotional condition, pedestrian factor, vehicle structure, vehicle safety device, material, road terrain, road surface condition, road infrastructure, weather factor. By consulting experts, the weight of each index was constructed. Finally, the assessment model is applied to evaluate and analyze the dangerous chemical tanker car accident risk. This model was exemplified in a dangerous chemical tanker car. The results show that the assessment methodology of dangerous chemical tanker car accident risk is reasonable, effective and feasible.
