摘要
Starting with the definition of sustainable development of urban land intensive use, this paper drafts the principles of sustainable development evaluation of urban land intensive use. Then based on the definition and the principles, the paper uses the method of multi-factored composite evaluation to construct a set of index system of composite evaluation and composite evaluation model. Finally with some related data, the paper evaluates the level of sustainable development of urban land intensive use of Northeast China by the model, and analyzes the characteristic of distribution: the ability is weak in the whole Northeast China; the level reduces gradually from South to North; the level is higher in the cities which situate on Harbin-Dalian railway and lower in other cities; the level reduces progressively with the distance increasing to the coastal areas.
