摘要：
The profession of physical education generates more jobs and better working conditions in physical activity and sport. The research aims to analyze the demographic profile, employment and training of teachers of Physical Education in Secondary Education of the region on Valencia. The methodology is quantitative descriptive cutting through sectional survey, which was used as an instrument of data collection through structured interview questionnaire, completed by 600 people working in physical activity and sport in the region of Valencia each of the years studied (2004 and 2006). The type of sampling is stratified multistage random cluster in the first phase. In the study we find that these teachers are men mostly under 38 years with a permanent contract and a high percentage have no degree of physical activity and sport.
