摘要：
The article dwells on the issues of teaching Electrical Engineering to international students in the Russian language. It describes the main difficulties that international students experience in performing different types of activities: lectures, practical classes, and laboratory works. Authors suggest an approach to organizing the learning process and students' independent study using e-learning course, designed in LMS Moodle.
