摘要
Staff dismission affects business operations and performance, too high or too low staff dimission rate would bring a negative impact and unnecessary losses on business. The key to reduce employee dismission is preventing and defusing the Risk of frequent staff dismission. As a proactive control and management methord, risk management can assist enterprises to prevent and reduce the risk of staff turnover, throngh risk identification, risk assessment, Risk control and other sectors. The author constructed an index system and a model for staff dimision and risk management, then take the use of risk identification mechanisms for the diagnosis of employees flow situation, and the risk assessment mechanism for the analyzation of the staff mobility reasons, and the risk control mechanisms for the effective control of staff dimission, eventually forming the full range of employee retention risk management mechanism.
