摘要：
We report a case of diffuse dural enhancement and sixth cranial nerve palsy after shunting normal pressure hydrocephalus with a high closing pressure system. Dural venous dilatation and cerebral displacement that accompany intracranial hypotension and reduced CSF are possible explanations for this picture that should not be mistaken for inflammatory or metastatic conditions.
