摘要：
This paper focuses on identification of recent economic issues related to full professionalization of the Czech Armed Forces. The first part of this article discusses the concept of professional forces as an economic entity, which on behalf of implementation of its goals has to interact its demand on labor market. The second part of this article aims at analyzing new economic relations of human capital recruitment and exploitation under conditions of professional armed forces.
