摘要
While organisational learning (OL) has been implemented in many companies, knowledge management (KM) has also become a new buzzword in the managerial world. Many commercial sectors have effectively adopted the concepts of KM and OL into their management system to improve their competency in the competitive business environment. However, construction company has not yet shown significant application of these concepts, despite it is also a competitive industry. This paper aims to encourage the implementation of KM and OL in construction company by providing an overview of the principles, along with a proposal of KM--OL model that is designed to best-fit the construction business environment.
