摘要
Smartly assembled Wiki-style ARgument Marshalling (SWARM) is an online platform supporting evidence-based reasoning. It is based on three design principles: cultivating user engagement, exploiting natural expertise, and supporting rich collaboration. This paper provides a brief system description and full explanation of the design principles and major attributes.
