An Analysis on China's Low-carbon Economy Development Based on Grey Relation Theory

from two aspects,this thesis put forwarded the index system to measure the level of China's low-carbon economy development, quantity index is CO(2) emissions, the quality index is 10 thousand Yuan GDP energy consumption. Then this paper analysed the factors affecting China's low-carbon economy development level by means of grey relation theory. Conclusion shows that, the main factors affecting agricultural non-point source pollution are as following: the energy structure,industry structure, the total population, the per capita level of education, science and technology funds. Therefore, in order to enhance the level of China's low-carbon economy, we must change the energy consumption structure, change the mode of economy development, reduce population, improve the population quality, and enhance the level of technological innovation.
