摘要
The reliability of the hull is the most important factor of its safe and trouble-free operation. To assess the impact of service life on the reliability of the body can be effectively used calculation methods presented in the article. The described methods are based on the requirements and definitions established by the Rules of Russian classification societies. The article proposes a probabilistic model of failures of ship hull elements due to wear after a given number of years of operation. On the basis of such a model, it is possible to predict the volume of repair of the body, taking into account previously performed repairs; accepted methods of repair, on the basis of this fault detection; duration and conditions of long-term operation.
