摘要
Capability of technology acquisition has become an important resource for modern enterprises to create competitive advantages, which makes CEOs highly concern on how to construct technological capability through knowledge management. Applying structural equation modeling. this article aims to explore the influencing mechanism of different knowledge acquisition modes to corporate technological capability and how to improve technological capability through knowledge acquisition. Conclusions show knowledge integration. knowledge creation and collaboration acquisition have significantly promoted the expansion of corporate technology depth and breadth. Furthermore, systematic knowledge structure has promoted the contribution of knowledge creation to technology depth and collaboration acquisition to technological capability, while negatively moderated the relationship between knowledge integration and technology depth.
