摘要
This paper presents the studies developed during the last 10 years in my team and dealing with the mechanical behavior of the heart. The basic idea was to consider this important organ as a set fluid-structure. This biomechanical problem is too cortex and cannot be studied immediately. We have reduced our center of interest to the left ventricle which is an essential component of the heart because it is generally considered as the pump. Then the major scientific point was to write the interaction existing between the blood and the cardiac wall. With B. Chahboune a first bidimensionnal algorithm was developed and tested (1994), with C. Murea a second bi or tri dimensionnal algorithm was written (1995) and the tridimensionnal case was investigated by H. Lenda (1997).
