Secure Public Cloud Storage Auditing with Deduplication: More Efficient and Secure

摘要
With the advent of the information age and the explosive growth of data volume, more and more users outsource data storage to cloud storage system in order to reduce local storage costs. However, the following problem is whether the cloud storage system is safe and effective, which is mainly reflected in the storage efficiency of cloud servers and the integrity of data storage. Although many protocols have been proposed, these protocols use complex encryption operations, meet the requirements only in form, and are difficult to apply in practice. The Proof of Retrievability (POR) and Proof of Data Ownership (PDP) achieve data integrity auditing, while the Proof of Ownership (POW) maximizes storage efficiency by removing duplicate data from cloud storage systems. Combining these two technologies, a new redundancy-based secure public cloud storage audit is proposed based on distributed string equality check and homomorphic linear authenticator, which realizes integrity audit and storage redundancy reduction efficiently and securely, and reduces redundancy of the same file from different users to improve storage efficiency of cloud servers. By using pseudorandom function and Diffie-Hellman problem, the security of the protocol is realized. Finally, the effectiveness and scalability of the proposed scheme are verified by theoretical analysis.
