Research of Student Management Mechanism under the Background of Credit System Based on Student Dormitory

This paper mainly talks about the student-administration mechanism problems, based on the credit system by using literature research method and empirical analysis method, puts forward significant concepts of the structure and functionality of dormitory from group dynamics, and reckons that dormitory structure and function are shown by normative and inclusive regulations and cultural and penetrable dorm construction as well as subjective ethical education and humanistic literacy, to establishes novel and harmonious dormitories in the consideration of both the denotative and connotative functions of dormitory, with the outline of school-apartment-dormitory and guided by the counselors, the party, and the mechanism of dorm supervisors, and draws a conclusion that only changing our way of thinking to optimize the administration structure and to broaden the function of moral education and focus on personalized requirement can we cultivate modernized and talented individuals of high quality.
