摘要
Whether in developed countries or in developing countries the digital divide is an important balk for social informatization. The digital divide resulted from differences of information technologies and information equipments and then resulted in asymmetry of information content or knowledge. Finally it affects the economic development. E-business is a main task of Internet. It depends on information resources and information environment. At the same time e-business will make for them. So, the development of e-business needs to bridge the digital divide. On the other 14 hand the decrease of digital divide will drive e-business into development and popularization. This paper pays more attention to accelerate the share and use of information resources which will expedite the popularization and development of e-business. As a result the digital divide will be bridged. Based on the analysis of the digital divide in China it puts forward three measures to promote e-business form the perspective of the organization and share of information resources. First, we should establish and extend metadata standard of information resources description. Second, we should provide active and individual services in e-business to different users. Third, we should set up the visual navigation of e-business information in order to resolve the problems of information browsing and searching.
