摘要
Thermal explosion in a binary system is investigated numerically and analytically taking into account the phase transformation in one of the reactants. Two methods of heating are considered: an external constant-power heat source and a constant-temperature oven. It is shown that the phase transition can significantly change the characteristics of the thermal explosion and the kinetics of the synthesis. Regions with different modes of chemical and phase transformations are identified. A method for evaluating the effective kinetic constants is proposed.
