Preparation of Nanoporous Nickel Phosphates with Surfactants and Application in Intumescent Flame Retardant Polypropylene Composites

摘要
Nanoporous nickel phosphates with Surfactants OA-12, CAB-35 and OP-10 have been synthesized. The structure and morphology of nanoporous nickel phosphates were investigated. Then the synthesized nanoporous nickel phosphates were applied in intumescent flame retardant polypropylene (PP) composites. The flame retardant properties of PP composites were investigated by LOI test. The structure of nanoporous nickel phosphates does not greatly influenced with the addition of OA-12, CAB-35 and OP-10, but the morphology of nanoporous nickel phosphates shows some changes. The result of LOI test show that nanoporous nickel phosphates with CAB-35 can improve the intumescent flame retardant PP composites better.
