摘要
Experimental investigations on fiber optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor with ITO (indium tin oxide)-IO (indium oxide) layers are reported. Sensitivity ascends with increase in IO layer thickness till a definite thickness and begins descending with further enhancement in IO layer thickness. Maximum rise in sensitivity is observed for sensor fabricated from 40 nm ITO to 30 nm IO layers.
