摘要：

Many of the young doctors get into universities to be college teachers after graduation, and the young teachers are strong force in universities. However, it also gives rise to a series of problems in the teaching process. How to increase the teaching ability of young teachers has caused a lot of attention. In this paper, we discuss the methods in improving young teachers' teaching ability with our own experience of thought, training, supervision and incentive system.
