摘要
The distributions of sodium and chlorine in leaf cross sections of the seagrasses Zostera capensis and Thalassodendron ciliatum were studied using the true elemental imaging system (Dynamic Analysis) of the NAC nuclear microprobe. Analyses were performed using protons of 0.6 and 1.5 MeV and experimental conditions were compared in detail, Using protons of 0.6 MeV is recommended for mapping of Na, Mg and Al.
