摘要
Along with the development of Smart grid in China, the complexity features of smart grid information management systems (SGIMS) become more evident. To build intelligent information systems becomes an important part of the construction of smart grid. It is a complex system engineering and scientific management process, which needs scientific complexity thinking and methods to design. Based on the complexity scientific management theory and MAS technology, firstly, in this paper the complexity characteristics of the smart grid information systems are described, such as intelligence, multi-level, nonlinear, interactive, emergence, adaptation, self-organization and so on; Secondly, the scientific complexity thinking about SGIMS are proposed, which need adopt systems, modules and circular causality, and visualization complexity science management thinking; Finally, a multi-level and multi-agent intelligent information system integration platform model is built, which is helpful to accelerate the process of the smart grid information management in China.
