摘要：
In this paper we refer to the role of the regulator in the Polish electricity market. We analyze the role of simple regulation rules on the market in various stages of its existence, that is, before the horizontal consolidation, before the vertical consolidation and after vertical consolidation. We refer also to recent events, namely the fusion of the largest energy producer with the large distributor. In this paper we present an analysis based on a simulation of the market game in each of the analyzed life-cycle of the electricity market in Poland. The paper should answer the question whether the Polish electricity market has gained sufficient liquidity to relieve prices.
