摘要
With the improvement of informative level of special vehicles, the primary operation type of special vehicle crews has been turned into knowledge-based operations, which sets a high demand on crew's information processing capability. Based on grey relational theory, an evaluation model of crew's information processing capability was established and an evaluation method of crew's information processing capability was presented. First, evaluation indicators of crew's information processing capability were presented. Then, the crew's information processing capability was evaluated and ranked with the calculation of the degree of grey correction. The evaluation result of one example is in good agreement with that of expert discussion, which proves the feasibility and validity of this method and provides guidance and reference for crew's selection and training.
