摘要
In this study, a picking robot vision system based on a single-chip microcomputer is designed. The design has an autonomous navigation system equipped with a microcontroller unit and a Global Positioning System unit. The designed robot has a sensor suitable for its working characteristics and a signal acquisition circuit; thus, it has various useful capabilities, such as image acquisition, target localization, obstacle recognition, and position limiting protection. Consequently, the robot exhibits high intelligence and good perception of the external environment. Experimental results show that efficiency and performance can be improved by using the picking robot vision system based on a single-chip microcomputer.
