摘要
Laccase activity was measured in the presence of 63 water-miscible and water-immiscible ionic liquids, including imidazolium, pyridinium, quaternary ammonium and quaternary phosphonium salts. A simple, parallel method was used to determine activity. In general, water-immiscible ionic liquids, especially bis [(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]amide salts, supported the highest enzyme activities.
