摘要
Firstly, this article uses the qualitative method of SWOT to analyze the rail freight industry; and then uses AHP method to analyze the factors of development of the rail freight industry from the quantitative point; finally we come to the conclusion that the strategically choice is applying WT strategies that calls for us to optimize the use of resources within the railway, continue to deepen the reform of the railway freight companies, optimize and integrate the rail freight resources and continuously improve the quality of railway freight workers and resource utilization.
