摘要：
In the paper a new method of the estimation of measurement uncertainty during verification of electrostatic discharge simulators was presented. The method has useful features and is more reliable then the methods presently used. In the uncertainty budget high frequency characteristics of the main components of measurement chain were take into account. In the conclusion directions of the futher research in this field were showed.
