摘要：

During measurements as a part of environmental investigations in the autumn materials, metal, microsilica and off-gas for ferrosilicon and silicon furnaces where taken and analysed with respect to both the main and trace elements. These measurements were used to establish comprehensive material balances for the processes. In this paper the material balances for the trace elements are presented and evaluated using standard theory concerning the thermodynamics of the processes.
