摘要
The traditional MAP-based fuel cell hydrogen system control method has disadvantages such as low control accuracy, poor decoupling ability and large calibration workload. In response to this problem, this research proposes a model-based fuel cell hydrogen system control strategy and establishes a physical mechanism-based hydrogen system model. This article uses the model feedforward combined with PID feedback control methods to achieve dynamic decoupling of the fuel cell hydrogen system and achieve precise control of hydrogen flow, pressure and hydrogen permeation ratio. As a result, the system has enough hydrogen to participate in the reaction. Through the hardware-in-loop simulation verification, this method can accurately control the hydrogen amount intake of the fuel cell system, thereby improving the hydrogen utilization rate while ensuring the electrochemical reaction rate, improving system performance and prolonging system service life.
