摘要：

Rapid detection of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli is important for its successful treatment. We have evaluated the immunochromatographic Duopath Verotoxin-test (TM) for detection of Shiga toxins, in comparison with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and polymerase chain reaction, on 240 clinical human stool samples.
