摘要
The Magnetically Levitated Solar Motor (MLSM) is a Solar-powered, the magnetically mounted electric motor consists of a square-shaped body rotor. This carries the solar cells and the windings. To each winding two solar cells are connected in parallel. The horizontally arranged rotor shaft carries the rotor body and a magnet at each end. At one end of the shaft a tip of the rotor is mounted. On one end of the beam a glass plate is mounted on which rests the tip of the shaft. This prevents movement of the rotor in the axial direction. An additional magnet is located under the rotor which generates a magnetic field for the motor. The bearing of the rotor are magnetic bearings which are fixed in to both sides of the beam, the magnets act repugnant to each other as they have the same magnetization direction. The rotor is thus kept in abeyance. For the function of the MLSM the magnetic bearing is necessary because the producible torque of the motor is very low. The motor must match the drive torque of the rotor speed to overcome imbalance of the rotor and the static friction existing between rotor and the magnetic bearings. The static unbalance is allowed to and cannot be eliminated completely. The friction is greatly reduced by the magnetic storage. Load test and speed test are carried out on MLSM during different time intervals in day hours and result are presented in this paper.
