摘要
In this paper, we justify the use of Know-How and Knowing-That instead of knowledge, then, we propose concise and clear definitions of these two concepts. In fact, Know-How is the kind of knowledge related to the disposition to perform an action whereas Knowing-That is the kind of knowledge related to a belief state for a description. We are interested mainly in the part of Know-How and Knowing-That which represent states and we exclude the part which can be explicit. We propose, also, a model for computing the contribution degree of the organization's Know-How/Knowing-That to reach organizational objectives. This model is based on the multi-criteria decision making approach and it is validated and used by the actors involved in the association of protection of motor-disabled of Sfax-Tunisia (ASHMS). Its aim is to compute the contribution degrees of medical Know-How/Knowing-That related to the early care of the disabled children with cerebral palsy (IMC). This model uses the activities and processes mobilized in the organization to measure the contribution degree of Know-How and Knowing-That related. It is composed of three phases: (i) measurement of the contribution degree of each Know-How/Knowing-That to each Activity, (ii) measurement of the contribution degree of each activity to each process and (iii) measurement of the contribution degree of each process to each objective represented by a Special kind of process called Direct Level Process.
