摘要
In order to promote teaching, College PE teachers must explain, demonstrate and practice skills, and also take into account individual differences among students in the teaching process. So they can create effective teaching and learning environment. Teachers should give the description and demonstration of action mistakes in a short time. It is difficult for students to have a deep impression, thereby affect learning. In teaching, using virtual reality technologies and corresponding educational software, can assist the achievement of teaching objectives. The results show that using virtual reality technology to nurture self-learning ability of students, while students learn more in time and become more open and flexible, and effectively promote the University Physical Education. This fully shows that the virtual reality technology in Higher Education has a more important role.
