摘要
Marketing the high attrition has become a bottleneck of the development of private enterprises. In this paper, empirical study of private enterprise marketing officer for the Loss of a questionnaire survey, the use of descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and factor analysis to determine the factors affecting staff turnover and its impact, research concluded that managers of individual private enterprises quality, the incumbent career development and capacity development office space and other factors are, which is an important factor in the loss of sales personnel, marketing personnel and cause loss of depth analysis, and finally from the manager to improve the quality of the incumbent to develop career development planning and the role of potential employees of private enterprise marketing and other aspects of erosion control measures for staff.
