摘要
Nowadays, the concept of globalization is well known and connected with many fields. Many global efforts were made in order to improve the life of children from all around the globe but unfortunately the problem of children living or working on the streets it's far for being solved, the children in need are still a significant problem for many undeveloped countries and even for Romania. The aim of this article is to analyze the situation of children in need from Romania in the context of the grand reforms made after the revolution from 1989 and the impact of the globalization on the social system. In the end, some conclusions and solutions are proposed in order to elaborate a global strategy, from an economical, educational, social, psychological and architectural point of view in order to improve the quality of life and education for this category of children.
